| On December 6, 2019, Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited Queen Fabiola Children's University Hospital (Universitair Kinderziekenhuis Koningin Fabiola) in Laeken, Brussels. Inaugurated in 1986, Queen Fabiola Children's University Hospital is the only Belgian university hospital entirely reserved for children's medicine. During the visit, the Queen received information about the specificities of the hospital at the dialysis unit, the intensive care unit and the new operating room with high-tech robotics. |
