On Monday, June 7, Queen Silvia of Sweden visited the Junior Academy (Lilla Akademien) in Stockholm. Lilla akademien is a music school with teaching from preschool to high school and with adult education. The school was founded in 1994 and focuses mostly on developing musical talent in children. Lilla Akademien, best translated as "The Junior Academy", specializes in classical music. The Queen has been patron of the Junior Academy since 2003.
