On June 11, 2021, Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited the Circus School of Brussels (Ecole de Cirque de Bruxelles). The Queen participated in the HandiCirque workshop, a circus workshop for children and adults with disabilities. The École de Cirque de Bruxelles receives about fifteen groups from different institutions every week. The Queen also attended the rehearsal of students in training. This training aims at a methodological, didactic and creative approach to the circus arts and trains future trainers in motor skills and creativity.
