The president of the Republic of Korea, Moon Jae-in and First Lady Kim Jung-Sook, arrived in Spain on Tuesday for a three-day state visit. ONCE is a Spanish foundation established on December 13, 1938 for the purpose of raising funds to provide services for the blind and people with serious visual impairment.
