The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge marked the first anniversary of Shout

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge marked the first anniversary of Shout, one of their key mental health services, during a video call this week. Shout was established by the Royal Foundation in 2019.

On Friday, Kensington Palace released a video clip featuring the couple's video chat with five volunteers from Shout85258, the United Kingdom's first 24/7 crisis text line. During the video call, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge talked about the work of the volunteers, and discussed how coronavirus had changed the sort of messages they were receiving.
