King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain started the official duties of 2020 with the traditional celebration of the Military Easter, also known as New Year’s Military Parade, at the Royal Palace of Madrid. On January 6, 2020, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain attended Pascua Militar (New Year's Military Parade 2020) in Madrid. Pascua Militar is a traditional celebration held by Spanish Army on Epiphany day since 1782. King Felipe led the celebration as the commander of Armed Forces.
