| This year, the Peace and Sport Awards Ceremony took place on December 12th in the Opéra Garnier in the Principality of Monaco during the Peace and Sport International Forum. Prince Albert II of Monaco, Princess Charlene of Monaco and Pierre Casiraghi attended the award ceremony. Siya Kolisi won the Peace and Sport Award for “Champion of the Year” for his commitment to education and social cohesion. Siya Kolisi is the Captain of the South African Rugby World Champion 2019 Team and thus, is a symbol of the revival of the rainbow nation. |
