| On Friday, November 15, 2019, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden visited the 1st Marine Regiment (Amf 1) at the Berga Naval Base in the archipelago of Stockholm. The Crown Princess took part in some activities of the regiment on the field. The regiment's coastal rangers, amphibious forces and naval personnel are equipped with a series of advanced and highly mobile weapon systems giving them the capability to control coastal areas effectively. The regiment is responsible for the region located around Stockholm and on the island of Gotland. |
