| On October 28, 2019, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark attended presentation of 2019 Christmas Seal (Julemaerke), held at Copenhagen City Hall. Christmas seals are specially designed seals that are launched for charity intended programs at Christmas season every year and sold in Denmark in addition to Christmas stamps. Christmas Homes are financed by The Christmas Seal Foundation with sales of Christmas stamps and donations. At home, 1,000 children can stay annually and receive help to fight loneliness, bullying, social isolation and obesity. Crown Princess Mary of Denmark is the Patron of Christmas Seal Foundation (Julemaerkehjem). |
