| On September 13, 2019, Queen Mathilde of Belgium attended the academic session of the celebration of centenary of childcare in Belgium. The National Board of Child Welfare (Oeuvre Nationale de l'Enfance, ONE) celebrates the centenary of its establishment this year at Brussels Expo. The Queen gave an opening speech at the academic session. Afterwards, The Queen visited working workshops. Queen Mathilde wore a plaid madras sheath dress by Dries Van Noten. |
