| On September 14, 2019, Princess Beatrix attended the national campaign day of the 'Zwaluwen Jeugd Actie' at SV Football Club in 't Harde. The Zwaluwen Youth Action is an initiative to help young athletes to raise money for their peers with muscular diseases. More than 500,000 youth soccer players have raised money in the past year by participating in the Zwaluwen Youth Cup tournament of the KNVB. The proceeds go to the Princess Beatrix Muscle Fund. The Princess Beatrix Muscle Fund uses the proceeds to research muscle diseases in children in particular. |
