King Felipe and Queen Letizia held a lunch in honor of the awardee of 2018 Miguel de Cervantes Award

On April 24, 2019, King Felipe VI of Spain and Queen Letizia of Spain held a traditional lunch at Madrid Royal Palace in honor of Uruguayan poet Mrs. Ida Vitale, who is the awardee of 2018 Miguel de Cervantes Award. Mrs. Ida Vitale and her family, goverment authorities, academicians, editors, critics, teachers and authors attended the lunch. On April 23, Ida Vitale received 2018 Miguel de Cervantes Award, which is called the Nobel Prize for Literature in Spain. The amount of the award is 125 thousand euros.
