| On April 3, 2019, Danish Crown Princess Mary attended the Danish Rainbow Awards - Axgil 2019 ceremony held at The Circus Building (Danish: Cirkusbygningen) in Copenhagen. The Danish Rainbow Awards AXGIL is a non-profit event held by volunteers and gave awards in eight categories including media, sports, film and honor award to persons and companies which have made a positive and significant contribution to the creation of better living conditions for LGBT people. Last year, Crown Princess Mary attended Axgil's award ceremony for the first time and received Danish Rainbow Honor Award 2018. |
