| As part of the events held to mark World Cancer Day, Queen Letizia chaired VIII Forum Against Cancer held by The Spanish Association against Cancer (AECC) at Madrid Caixa Forum Auditorium on February 4, 2019. The Queen is the honorary president of The Spanish Association against Cancer. The forum is held for the purpose of preventing cancer, motivating the society, expanding awareness and informing the society.
