| On February 23, 2019, with a delivery ceremony held at parachute brigade's base in Paracuellos del Jarama near Madrid, Queen Letizia presented the National Flag to the "Napoles" Infantry Regiment No. 4 of Paratroopers. The National Flag presented by The Queen was integrated with the coat of arms of the 4th Parachute Infantry Flag, "Roger de Flor" and "Roger de Lauria". The Queen is wearing her Felipe Varela dress. |
