Morning ladies & happy Sunday. Today I want to talk ankle boots & in particular western heel/cowboy style. You may have noticed that they starting creeping in at the beginning of the season & since Christmas they seem to be everywhere.
I have an old tan suede pair of western heel boots from Zara that are a few years old now & also a navy Marks pair that I got around October time last year & whenever I feature either of them I always receive a lot of messages asking me where they're from.
For me this type of boot is great for everyday life - a block heel that helps elongate the legs that's pratical to walk in & is perfect for wearing with jeans/leather leggings & also skirts both short & maxi & of course dresses.

I've popped together my top picks from the high street above. As always just click on any of the individual images for further details.
I must admit I'm pretty tempted to expand my range with either a black pair like these or snakeprint such as these. How about you, see any that catch your eye?
Back to today & it's a simple casual look for a quiet Sunday at home after a late night last night.
