Prince Albert and Princess Charlene attended celebrations of Sainte Devote 2019

Principality of Monaco is celebrating the traditional Sainte Devote Day. On January 27, 2019, as part of Sainte Devote Celebrations, Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Charlene of Monaco attended the Pontifical Mass held at Monaco Cathedral, presided over by Bishop Youssef Antoine Soueif, Maronite Archbishop of Cyprus. Afterwards, Prince Albert, Princess Charlene and Crown Prince Jacques of Monaco greeted the crowd from the balcony of the Palace during the celebration of Sainte-Devote. Saint Devote is the patron saint of the Grimaldi family which reigns in Monaco and is celebrated every year as a national holiday.
