Queen Elizabeth II visits the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn

On December 13, 2018, Queen Elizabeth II visited the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in London. During the visit Her Majesty was accompanied by The Duke of York – who was introduced as a Royal Bencher in 2012. The Queen officially opened the new Ashworth Centre and re-opened the recently renovated Great Hall at The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. The Archives of Lincoln's Inn include the longest-running record series of any of the four Inns of Court: the Black Books, which start in 1422.
During the visit Queen Elizabeth was accompanied by Prince Andrew, Duke of York. Queen officially opened the new Ashworth Centre.
