| On November 19, 2018, Princess Sofia of Sweden attended Samhall's Show the Way gala held at The Vasa Theatre in Stockholm. Princess Sofia presented the "Employer of the Year" award to Joanna Halvardsson. For the tenth time this year, Samhall gave the Show the Way award to the employer who has shown the greatest effort to open up the job market to people with disabilities. Samhall is a state-owned company and aims to create work that helps the development of people with disabilities causing reduced working capacity.
