| On January 15, 2018, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia of Sweden attended the Swedish Sports Gala 2017 held at Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm. Sweden Sports Award (Svenska idrottsgalan) is a show that honours successful Swedish athletes of last year. It is held at Stockholm Ericsson Globe in the beginning of every January.
