| On May 4, 2017, Countess Sophie of Wessex visited the Abbey School in Reading and attended the events of 130th anniversary of establishment of The Abbey School. The Abbey School has been at the forefront of girls’ education since its foundation in 1887. The school has Church of England traditions, although it accepts girls of all faiths. |
