| On February 13, 2017, Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit visited the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration and the Immigration Appeals Board in Oslo. The UDI is responsible for processing applications from foreign nationals who wish to live in Norway. UNE is an independent quasi-judicial Appeals Board that handles appeals by UDI pursuant to the Immigration Act. |
