'Someone To Talk To' Hits Theatres Today

(CRI) 'Someone To Talk To', a Chinese film on an extramarital affair, hits theatres on November 4th (today).

The movie revolves around a married man who traced down his wife's extramarital affairs and intended to kill her, but finally decided to let her go.

The film marks the feature debut of short filmmaker Liu Yulin, who is adapting her father Liu Zhenyun's award-winning novel One Sentence worth Ten Thousand, or Yi Ju Ding Yi Wan Ju in Chinese.

Chinese folk singer Li Jian compounds the pessimistic atmosphere in the movie by lending his sombre voice to the sentimental theme song which he wrote, titled Ni Yi Yan Wo Yi Yu"你一言我一语"or literally translated into "Talking back and forth".
