Morning ladies before I show you today's outfit in full, I wanted to share with you this camouflage canvas tote that I've recently bought from Zara, which is the perfect throw it all in/shopping bag that is so useful now that we all have to pay for our plastic bags.
Now whilst I love the camouflage print, when visiting the Spirit of Christmas Fair recently I happened to spot a retailer selling some iron on patches, who as an example had customised a very similar bag, which I instantly fell in love with. So of course I bought some of their iron on patches & then on my way home ordered this bag to get customising & here's the finished look!
I have a huge soft spot for angels so there was no way I was leaving without a pair of these iron on wings as they look fab against the camouflage. In fact because I love them so much I've also hand stitched them on so there's no way they'll be falling off. Although I must admit I was pretty impressed with the level of adhesive from ironing them on I just didn't want to take any chances!

Naturally today's outfit has been built up all around my new bag & I'm layering thermals, a knitted polo neck jumper & faux leather trousers under my Hush military jacket.
So what do you think? Are you liking the bit of bling to today's look? I have to say it's a great way of personalising a high street purchase & extremely easy to do. Anyone else tempted to get ironing some patches on? If so I'd love to hear your plans.
Have a great day & as always I'll see you in the morning. In the meantime don't forget there's 25% off selected items over at Boden, just click here & use code 6T2C.
