Equirus Capital acted as exclusive advisors to KFL for the fund raising
Mumbai, October 24, 2016: Kogta Financial (India) Ltd. (“KFL”), a Non-Banking Financial Company engaged in asset financing activity, today announced its first PE investment from IIFL Seed Ventures Fund I. Equirus Capital acted as exclusive advisors to KFL for the fund raising.
