This year, Belgium is hosting the 19th informal summit of heads of states of German-speaking countries on September 11 and 12 in Brussels and Eupen.
At the invitation of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde, Prince Alois, Princess Sophie, Grand Duke Henri, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Elke Büdenbender, Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen, Brigitte Van der Bellen, Swiss President Alain Berset and Muriel Zeender Berset are participating in the meeting.
