On July 5, 2023, the Duchess of Edinburgh attended a performance of 'Orb and Sceptre', The Household Division Beating Retreat - A Military Musical Spectacular, at Horse Guards Parade in London. Orb and Sceptre is a march for orchestra written by the 20th-century English composer William Walton. It was created for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II that took place in Westminster Abbey on 2 June 1953.
