Just like every year, The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron of Helen & Douglas House and of Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity, met with children supported by both charities at the Clarence House in London. The children helped the Duchess to decorate the Christmas tree, and enjoyed lunch and treats with their families in the dining room of Clarence House.
