At noon, King Felipe and Queen Letizia departed from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport in Madrid to travel to Sweden. King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia are making a state visit to Sweden on 24–25 November 2021 at the invitation of King Carl Gustaf. The aim of the state visit is to further strengthen and promote the relations between Sweden and Spain. The visit also aims to stimulate cooperation in the green recovery from the pandemic, with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.
