On September 29, 2021, Queen Margrethe hosted a State Council dinner (Statsrådsmiddag) at Fredensborg Palace in Amalienborg. The dinner took place in the Dome Hall of the palace. In addition to the Queen, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary, some members of the Danish Parliament, and several ministers attended the dinner. The most recent State Council dinner was held in 2017. The Crown Princess wore a silk gown by Temperley London.
