On September 8, Princess Margriet of the Netherlands unveiled a statue in Oisterwijk. The statue was created in honor of all healthcare workers and as a memorial to the victims of the COVID-19 pandemic. The bronze statue is located at the Nature Gate Groot Speijck in Oisterwijk. The statue is an initiative of the Dank Helden van de Zorg Foundation.
