On 12 September 2021, Danish Crown Prince family, that is, Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine took part in the Royal Run 2021. The race took place in the cities of Aalborg, Copenhagen, Odense and Sønderborg. Due to the pandemic, the Royal Run 2021 had been postponed from May 2021 to September 12, 2021.
