On December 1, Queen Mathilde took part in theEuropean Health Summit 2020 held online this year. The Queen gave a speech during this summit which brings together, virtually, decision-makers, representatives of the private sector and experts from the medical sector. The debates focused on health governance in Europe, the role of innovative medicines and vaccines, health data and digital technology for health, mental health and the sustainability of health systems in Europe.
