| Queen Margrethe and Princess Benedikte of Denmark attended the opening of the Fabergé Chamber at the Amalienborg Museum in Christian VIII's Mansion in Amalienborg. The Fabergé Chamber, which will be a permanent part of the museum, exhibits Russian jewels from the period 1860-1917, as well as a selection of the Danish Crown Jewels, focusing on the close ties between the Danish and Russian monarchies. |
