| On January 17, 2020, Friday, Princess Benedikte of Denmark opened a new exhibition called "100 years with Denmark - Southern Jutland since the reunification" in Southern Jutland Museum at Sønderborg Castle. The exhibition is being held as part of celebrations of 100 years of the reunification of Southern Jutland with Denmark. The exhibit is the museum's biggest venture since the 1970s, and contains original artifacts and in addition, digital and interactive elements. Sønderborg Castle holds almost 800 years of Southern Jutland and Schleswig’s dramatic history. |
