| On November 5, 2019, Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited the Ter Duinen Hotel School in Koksijde. There, the Queen met with with the hotel-food course (2nd year) students and the Restaurant and Kitchen course (5th year) students. Then, the Queen toured the Kitchen and Restaurant (adult education). The Queen then attended a lunch at the De Mijn restaurant, prepared by Chef Vanbockryck and his students. Various hotel schools in Belgium are regularly involved in activities at the Royal Palace. |
