| On November 6, 2019, Princess Marie of Denmark presented 2019 "Prix Littéraire des Ambassadeurs de la Francophonie" award with a ceremony held at The Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen. That prize is awarded to honor literary works in French which have been translated into Danish and to promote cultural diversity and dissemination of modern French-language literature in Denmark. Author Gaël Faye was deemed worthy of this year's "Embassy Literature Award". Gaël Faye is a songwriter and hip-hop artist. "Small Country" is his first novel. |
