| Thailand's King Maha Vajiralongkorn and Queen Suthida hosted Pope Francis at the palace in Bangkok. The King and Queen received the Pope at Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall in Dusit area and had a private conversation with the Pope there. The Catholic Church leader’s visit occurred during the 350th anniversary of the establishment of the Apostolic Vicariate of Thailand, formerly known as Siam. |
