| On Nov. 23, 2019, Japanese Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako arrived at Tokyo station after completing their trip to Ise, central Japan, which they made to "report" to ancestors and deities the completion of all enthronement ceremonies. In Ise Jingu shrine's Geku outer shrine, Emperor and the Empress prayed to the goddess of clothing, food and housing in order to 'report to the gods' that the rites had been completed. |
