| On August 25, 2019, Queen Elizabeth II and members of the royal family, that is, The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, The Earl and Countess of Wessex, Princess Anne and Autumn Philips attended the Sunday church service at Crathie Kirk, near Balmoral Castle in Aberdeenshire. Queen Victoria began worshiping at the church in 1848 and every British monarch since has worshiped there while staying at nearby Balmoral Castle. |
