| On May 14, 2019, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark attended Axcel's annual Company Day conference held at Docken Event Center in Copenhagen. Axcel celebrates the 25th anniversary of its establishment this year and the theme of this year's conference is "The Business of AI". At the conference, artificial intelligence and difficulties experienced by women in the business world were discussed. Founded in 1994, Axcel is a Nordic private equity company that focuses on mid-market companies. Axcel has a broad base of both Nordic and international investors.
