Months after creating a mini-frenzy with the announcement that she might be putting her showbiz career on hold to follow her husband, businessman Tony, to America, Taiwanese model-actress Sonia Sui revealed that the couple is currently expecting their third child.
Sonia and Tony tied the knot in January 2015, and welcomed their oldest child, Max, in September the same year. Their daughter, Lucy, was born in February last year.
“The reason we went on holiday without Max and Lucy is very simple - because, after the arrival of (baby) number three, Olie, it’ll be even harder for us to be in our own world. Hi Olie!,” Sonia wrote.
When reached for a comment, Sonia’s manager confirmed the good news, saying, “She’s told us (about it),”.
They also confirmed that the 37-year-old is currently three months pregnant, and that her schedule has been cleared out for the end of the year. No word was given if baby Olie is a boy or a girl.
In an interview last year, Sonia had shared that although she does want to have a third child, the couple does not plan on conceiving so soon, as Tony feels that a couple needs to have some alone time in order for a relationship to thrive.
