Japanese Princess Mako arrived in Paro, Bhutan

Japanese Princess Mako is welcomed by Princess Euphelma of Bhutan at Paro International Airport on June 1, 2017, at the start of her nine-day official visit to Bhutan. Japanese Princess Mako, the oldest of Emperor Akihito's grandchildren, arrived for a nine-day official visit to Bhutan, during which she is expected to meet with King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema.
