Morning ladies from the moment I saw this picture of Louise Redknapp I just knew it would make a fab style steal. We've all probably got most, if not all of the above in our wardrobe & it's a great way of showing how with the addition of a couple of 'on trend' pieces wardrobe classics can be brought bang on trend. Plus if you're anything like me & love grey it's a fab colour combo too :-)
So let's get on with how to re-create the look with finds off the high street.
I'm starting with the jacket & something I've featured before on the site & that's this fab khaki military jacket that is perfect for layering up with knitwear & cashmere at this time of year but will equally look fab with a simple tee or cami underneath come the warmer months.
You'll no doubt have noticed just how useful I find a grey scarf (a real wardrobe neutral) so if it's something your wardrobe is lacking I'd highly recommend it & if possible I'd say invest in cashmere. Beautifully soft, cosy & most importantly warm, it really is timeless, you'll easily get your cost per wear right down within a matter of weeks I promise. Although if you don't want to spend that many pennies on an accessory this scarf below is a great alternative.
Moving onto the jumper next & again if the bank balance allows I'd recommend investing in a timeless polo neck jumper - perfect for layering & something you can bring out year after year. This slouchy cashmere version looks gorgeous but I've also found a more purse friendly option below to.

Moving onto the trousers next & you can't go wrong with these timeless flannel cropped numbers perfect for dressing up or down no matter what the occasion.
Onto the trainers & I must admit I'm not a huge fan on Louise's & prefer these plain white ones below.
And finally for the bag here's a more budget friendly option to the designer beauty Louise is using.
Back to today & I'm wearing another skirt again - this time my camo midi, which I'm layering up with knitwear & ruffles.

So ladies what are your thoughts on Louise's outfit. Is it something you could see yourself wearing with a few tweaks? Perhaps like me you already own similar pieces & it's a look you're planning on re-creating. Or perhaps you just don't get my huge love affair with grey. As always I love reading your comments & thoughts.
Here's to an enjoyable & restful Sunday recharging the batteries for the week ahead.
As always I'll see you in the morning.
