New Delhi, December 5, 2016: USHA International, one of India’s leadingconsumer durables company, is the first company to promote Ultimate in India. Taking forward this strong commitment, USHA announced the ‘USHA Surat Ultimate Open 2016’ in association with UPAI (Ultimate Players Association of India) starting December 2, 2016.
Team Dream Catchers from Ahmedabad emerged victorious and lifted the Usha Surat Ultimate Open 2016 Trophy. They beat Team Jumbish from Surat in the Gold pool finals. Team Zero Gravity from Surat finished third in the Gold pool.
USHA Surat Ultimate Open was a three day tournament slated between December 2 & 4, 2016 and the final took place at Tapti Valley International School, Surat. A total of 16 teams from 5 cities participated in the tournament.

The tournaments witnessed participation from different parts of the country, helping Ultimate in gaining huge popularity in India.
