Morning ladies today I wanted to take a look at a brand that over the past 12 months has started to creep back onto my radar & that's Monsoon.  In the past I think I've only ever bought 1 item of clothing from there & over recent years I've given it a wide berth as it just wasn't my sort of style.  But that has all changed with the past few collections & slowly I'm seeing more & more items which have got me wanting to 'click that button'.

I recently featured the white lace blouse shown above on the blog here & having had a good old look at the site it got me thinking that there were some current pieces that could easily find a home in my wardrobe.  So today I thought it would be fun if I shared them with you & showed you how I would style them.

As you can see from the pieces I've selected lace features heavily & whilst it's not the most practical in terms of warmth it can easily be layered up with some oversized knitwear.  Plus it certainly comes into it's own for dressing up or down for nights out not to mention the impending party season.

Back to today & I'm bringing out a new blouse I purchased at the weekend that's a real beauty & seeing as I'm taking the day off work to celebrate my Mum's birthday it seemed the perfect opportunity for it's first outing.  I just love the colour, which is the ideal backdrop against my fab new leopard print across body, which has been sent to me by the lovely people at Village England.
